Lemrac Puppets is run by Carmel Balfe. Her initial background is in fine art printmaking and textiles. Carmel has also studied model making puppetry and SFX. She has been exhibiting her textile wall hangings and making puppet films for over 10 years. While living in New York for 4 years – she made puppets, masks and costumes for tv, theatre and film. Lemrac Puppets is now located in Westport, Ireland.
